The team begins to notice some surprising behaviors from Ève Lemieux. Steve brings up the subject with her. Régis explains to Anthony the nature of the procedure he performed on him. Emmanuelle tells Pascal that she is leaving immediately to spend a few days in Trenton to take part in the Armed Forces investigation.

Isabelle and Pascal have dinner at the restaurant. The conversation notably concerns her replacement in the operating room. Anne-Marie is back at the emergency room, this time complaining of urinary discomfort. Delphine pleads with Marc-André, Ève’s brother, to keep taking care of Charlie for a while. Pascal welcomes Raphaël St-Vincent.

Marc-Olivier shares information about Anne-Marie’s case with Jacob. Pascal calls the team to a special meeting to introduce Raphaël. Éric and Steve comfort Éloi, Vicky’s boyfriend. Delphine has a first meeting with Ève before exchanging confidences with Éric.

While it’s all hands on deck at the emergency room, Raphaël runs after Sophia to get her to explain what is going on, but she is too busy. It is ultimately Pascal who brings him up to speed. In Trenton, Emmanuelle confides in Julian, and Daniel does not hesitate to tell Raphaël what he thinks.

An initiative by Raphaël causes quite a stir in the hospital. Steve explains to Gabriel the case of Félix Lemoine, who has just been transferred to the ward. Félix receives a visit from his girlfriend Frédérique, who is very worried. Gabriel and Philippe try to be reassuring. In a meeting, Pascal announces something surprising.

Éric helps Anthony take a first ride in a wheelchair. Raphaël mobilizes Jacob, Sophia, and Éric. Philippe explains to Frédérique what lies ahead for Félix. Raphaël ends up having a conversation with Emmanuelle.

Jacob shares with Steve and Delphine a discovery concerning Charlie. Steve quickly informs his mother Ève, while Delphine asks Marc-André to come meet her at the hospital. Sophia encourages Marc-Olivier, who is going through a difficult time. Raphaël tells Pascal that he must be away to take care of another assignment, without revealing what it is.
