Hank and the guys form a Bluegrass band with Connie as the fiddler. Kahn objects and tells her she can not play with their band.

Peggy tries to find ways to get the newspaper she writes for to pay for free trips, Cotton goes back to Japan to supposedly apologize to the families of soldiers he killed during WWII. Hank makes a startling discovery once he arrives in Japan.

Hank is ran ragged at work because of fellow employee call offs and Peggy, not listening to him decides that he has low testosterone after they take Bobby to the Doctor. She secretly slips Hank doses of testosterone and he starts going through puberty again.

Peggy and Hank's friends start a pig eradication business, but Hank is hesitant to join them. Bobby and Connie struggle to bond as adults.

Hank and Luanne survive the Mega Lo Mart explosion, but Buckley is no more. Hank finds that he is scared of propane, and tries to figure out how to deal with his fear of dying. Meanwhile, Luanne, who lost all her hair in the explosion, decides to become an activist like Sinead O'Connor.
