It's the battle of the big 3 as the guys compete over which is the best new police car to replace the Crown Vic, in a series of madcap challenges around Detroit, Michigan. The winner gets to race the fastest Police Car in the country -- the Corvette ZO6 -- in an action film style chase through the Long Beach docks as he tries to catch a "perp" riding the ultimate escape vehicle.

Small cars work in the rest of the world but will they ever work here? The guys try to answer the question and travel to Louisiana to take them out of their natural home on the narrow city streets of New Orleans and deep into Cajun Country where they have to hunt and survive alongside the locals. Whoever did the worst in their car suffers the humiliation of having to drive the world's smallest car for a day in their home town.

How far can you get on one tank of gas? The guys find out as they race from Portland, Oregon to San Francisco without being able to fill up. Whoever makes it closest gets the chance to drive the toughest off road machine in the world in a high-octane race in the remote Colorado mountains.

Do you really need an expensive 4x4 to go off road? The guys don't think so and to prove their point use 3 classic rental cars and attempt to complete an epic journey on some of the toughest terrain in the country from Monument Valley to Moab.

The guys find the same model cars they drove in college and then head south of the border on an epic spring break road trip through Mexico to determine whose ride is the best college car. They tackle the tough streets of Tijuana and the treacherous mountain trails of the Baja Peninsula on their journey to reach the party town of San Felipe on the Sea of Cortez. Adam, Tanner and Rutledge each pick the toughest car they can think of and put them through a series of brutal tests using shotguns, bombs and a giant crane. The winner gets to go head-to-head against the U.S. military in one of the toughest SUV's on the planet.

RVs are roomy and comfortable, but they're terrible to drive. So to solve this issue, Adam, Tanner and Rutledge design their own RV that has to be not only comfortable but also fun to drive, and take them on a southern road trip. Along the way they compete in a series of wild challenges, culminating at the famous infield of Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Being a taxi driver always ranks among the most challenging jobs in the country, so the guys head to Las Vegas on a quest to create the ultimate taxi, aiming to keep both driver and passengers happy. After getting some experience riding along with real cabbies, they reveal their creations, put them through a series of tests and then hit the Vegas strip to see who can get the most tips. Then we review the newest supercar to come out of the UK--the McLaren MP4-12C, and see how it stacks up against a good old American NASCAR Cup car.

The guys attempt to build the perfect car for the apocalypse--affordable, fun to drive, and still zombie-proof. After testing its performance, weaponry, and defenses, they have to race across a ghost town with the Post-Apocalypse Stig in hot pursuit.

The hosts head to Iceland - home of some of the toughest winter off-roading on the planet - to try and prove to the locals that American trucks still have what it takes to conquer the world. Their challenge is to drive their trucks over mountains, across frozen rivers and through 30 foot deep snowdrifts to the virgin land at the top of an active volcano.
