Dona Álvara resolve acabar com as brigas do Jambalaya e decide fazer um sorteio das vagas do estacionamento do condomínio. Arnaldo fica com a vaga 1.241 (considerada uma das piores) e Mário Jorge com a vaga 50 (uma das melhores), Copélia se oferece para ajudar a síndica, e, além das vagas, se torna parte do prêmio do sorteio. Ainda neste episódio, Arnaldo finalmente vê uma luz no fim do túnel. Depois de passar meses atendendo os pacientes em seu apartamento, ele consegue encontrar um amigo disposto a dividir um consultório dentário com ele. Rita não consegue conter a alegria e diz que o dia em que a cadeira de dentista sair da porta de seu apartamento, ela irá se considerar uma mulher realizada.
