As weather conditions continue to worsen, Hafner turns to Detective Devon Williams to help him maneuver his way through Terrell’s deadly game. Together, the pair attempts to shut down the weather system with the hope of making it out alive.

Part One
Billionaire Robert Terrell "weather creation" technology at his Atmospheric Research Institute hurtle the planet towards destruction during a test run. Kirk Hafner steps forward to demand that the system be terminated. Realizing he's powerless to stop the project by himself, Hafner contacts news reporter Danni Nelson with plans to expose Terrell. Hafner quickly discovers the motives and loyalties of authorities are not in his favor.
