Chaotic letting agent Stath needs to impress his dad (and boss) Vasos and let some flats, after losing his patience and pushing a customer. However, he struggles to pick up the phone as fast as the other agents to arrange viewings. In an act of desperation he steals a viewing from arch rival Carole but things don't go to plan. Meanwhile, Stath's sister Sophie is left to take Al to hospital after a nasty accident in the office.

When Stath complains that Vasos gives Carole the best properties to view he is given the chance to prove himself by letting a flat in a desirable area. However the previous tenants have left the garden full of rubbish so Stath takes his sister Sophie and put-upon colleague Al to help clear it up - which proves to be a big mistake.

After another disaster Stath is suspended from the business and gets work with rival firm Smethwick's, since he was at school with the owner's son Julian. However he is soon out of his depth with their business methods and life-style and is glad to get his old job back. Sophie, being trained to replace him, is equally inept.

Stath is dropped from the team in the inter-agency football tournament but his desperation to take part by shouting from the sidelines leads to Al being injured and his coming on as substitute - with predictably disastrous results. After the match he manages to get his revenge on Julian whilst Carole certainly surprises him.

Stath hooks up with Carole and everyone is talking about it. It's Sophie results day and she fails her courses. Stath and Sophie meet Tomoko, Al's girlfriend.

On his seventieth birthday Vasos announces that he is retiring, leading Stath to assume he will take over Michael and Angel - until Vasos changes his mind, interviewing bot Carole and Stath for the leadership. Carole seems to be the front runner but then Vasos makes a surprise announcement whilst Al brings his Japanese girlfriend to the office, causing Sophie dismay.

New boss Julian is making changes at Michael & Eagle and Stath feels left behind. When Julian unveils a slick new promo with no mention of the family, Stath decides to make his own rival video. Meanwhile Sophie tries to move on from Al and focus on her music.
