Eden is forcibly put up for sale and the Harper's prepare to move out. Ahmal offers to buy it for Stephanie but she knows Dan could never accept it. Jilly comes to gloat, showing her true colors. Jake confirms to Stephanie that Jilly was in on the plan from the start. Having discovered Jake is Greg's brother Jilly forces Jake to give her a place on the board otherwise she will expose him.
Jilly goes back to Eden as the Harper's move out and Stephanie pushes her in the pool. Dan, Sarah and Dennis scrape some cash together to try and buy Eden at the auction but before the auction starts its announced a private bid has already been accepted, Jilly is announced as the new owner.
On information received from the housekeeper at old Eden Tom discovers from some nuns that Stephanie's baby was adopted before Bill and Reena adopted him from the orphanage meaning hes not Stephanie's son. Sarah meanwhile has been romancing Angelo.
