Casper and Frank think the government is bad at helping the elderly and the artists. They start a think tank with some of the old acquaintances like Leif Sylvester, Susanne Brøgger and Ib Michael. Together they will change developments. Frank and Mia want to develop their sex lives. Despite the good intentions, Frank ends up in challenging scenarios where lube, old ladies and the Danish People's Party are on the agenda.
