In order to convince Jake that magic is real, the Girls cook three mystery spells for him to try. Unfortunately, Jake isn't easily convinced, and the unexpected downsides jeopardize Hannah's chances of winning a school-wide fund raising contest.

Kelly Quinn and her two BFF's, Darbie and Hannah, stumble upon her grandmother's mysterious cookbook in the attic and discover some far from ordinary recipes. When the Shut'em Up Shortcake silences Kelly's pesky little brother and the Healing Hazelnut Tart heals Darbie's ankle, the girls discover they have the power of magic.

Looking for clues, Kelly decides to access her memories from the day before Grandma was cursed by cooking a powerful spell which comes with an equally powerful price. Hannah dives into a 50-year-old mystery, and Darbie discovers being Jake isn't easy when she helps him for a day.

When Kelly and Hannah forget Darbie's birthday, they whip up a surprise sugary feast. But a magical mistake causes it to be a celebration they'll never forget. To undo the magic, Darbie must sneak into one of the scariest places in town.

When Kelly finally finds her magical mentor, her cooking and spell knowledge is put to the test. Meanwhile, Darbie and Hannah learn that "forever" is a long time when they use magic to become BFF's with a world famous author who brings new meaning to the term, "stick together."

After Buddy wreaks havoc while Kelly is babysitting him and Ms. Silvers catches Hannah snooping around her house, the Girls cook a "do-over" spell to rewind their day and set things right. The mystery deepens when they discover that Grandma's not the only person who's been cursed in Saffron Falls.

Following the trail of clues, the Girls plan a Father-Daughter camping trip to lead them to Grandma's last stop before she was cursed. The Girls cook Off-The-Trail Mix to uncover the next clue in their quest to save Grandma. Back in Saffron Falls, Jake tries to get his food bike into the upcoming Pluot Festival.

In Part 2 of the season finale, the true villain is revealed. With the whole town in jeopardy, our Girls are Saffron Falls' only hope, and must rely on what they've learned about cooking with magic to attempt to break the most powerful curse Saffron Falls has ever seen. It's only until after they succeed that they realize some curses aren't always meant to be broken.

The girls have their first interaction with Chuck, but it quickly becomes clear that he is suffering from some sort of amnesia. He doesn't remember anything about the Pluot Festival in 1965. Grandma and Mama P think he's lying and can't be trusted, so the girls cook a trust spell that helps Chuck adjust to the modern day - but it also unlocks some of his memories from 1965.

Worried that Chuck is getting too close to her family, Kelly and Darbie cook a special mint that acts as a lie detector, so that she can get her Dad to see through Chuck's act. Darbie uses the mint on her own Dad when he invites her to lunch to meet his new girlfriend Amy.

When the girls cook a fix it spell to help repair Jake's food bike, they find themselves compelled to remedy all problems, from repairing cabinets to helping Mama P spruce up the café. In the end, Kelly crosses paths with Chuck realizing he needs some emotional fixing.

The book leads Kelly to Chuck's hideout, hidden by an invisibility spell he cast. Kelly makes herself invisible in order to get inside, and is shocked to discover that Chuck is making his own magic cookbook.

After the girls discover Chuck is creating his own magical book using their recipes, they have to cook a strength spell in order to get the book safely returned to them.

Chuck knows the girls have taken his book, so he gives them, Grandma, Silvers and Mama P a sleep spell. Now, all six of them must stay awake long enough to cook a counter-spell together.

Kelly finds herself using magic to solve every problem, big or small, forcing Hannah and Darbie to hide the book from her. Meanwhile, Chuck finds a new way into the girls' lives through Jake.

Kelly cooks a secrets spell searching for answers to the Chuck mystery. The spell reveals more questions than answers when everyone around her is compelled to tell her their secrets, culminating in the biggest secret of all - one that is hidden within the pages of the book itself.

When the magical cookbook goes missing from Kelly's backpack, the girls cook a tracking spell to find it again but are worried it might have left them forever.

In trying to get the cookbook back, Kelly, Hannah and Darbie accidentally intercept a spell that makes them unlikable.

When the girls create a spell to get RJ to give back the cookbook, they inadvertently learn that sometimes, by giving up what you want, you get what you need.

Kelly, Hannah and Darbie try a spell on Mama P to help her remember magic but it backfires and they take away Mama P's personality, which then passes from person to person as the whole town starts to act like Mama P.

In order to protect themselves, the trio cooks a spell to help them remember magic forever. The downside is that they forget their friendship and ever meeting.
