To make matters worse, after struggling to negotiate the return of the rights to her website, Mandy ends up being tricked into signing it over to Carly's nemesis, Nevel Papperman. Now Carly and her friends must do all they can to take it back from Nevel, who's willing to give it back to her... in exchange for a kiss.
