Ai-chan, also known as Aiko Morimura, is a slightly sentimental girl in the second year of junior high school. Dad went out on a yacht 10 years ago and went missing. The mother of the hat designer is going to Paris, so she moved to her dog Papi and Fujinami's uncle's house. However, Papi dies in a traffic accident. At that time, a rare dog Spank appeared.
