Captain Lee and his returning crew, Kate and Ashton, are joined by six new crew members aboard luxury M/Y Valor, as they travel to South East Asia to explore the exotic waters of Thailand. Kate faces challenges with new chef, Kevin, as first time bosun Ashton tries to maneuver his way around managing a crew of his own. Kevin stresses about preparing a high stakes charter guest dinner and the added pressure seems to be too much for him to stomach.

Former "The Real Housewife of Orange County," housewife Alexis Bellino, and new beau come aboard Valor to celebrate her recent divorce. After the deck team deals with major issues, Lee comes to a decision about Rhylee's future, forcing Ashton to change his management style. Ashton decides to blow off steam inviting unexpected guests to join on a crew night out. Kate invites Tanner for a sleepover, while a fight sparks between Brian and Courtney after he sends her a questionable text about their relationship. Kevin throws out his back in the galley and Lee is concerned that they might be down a chef.

Captain Sean's hands-on managerial style continues to frustrate Eddie as the staff works hard to pull off an elaborate beach picnic for the guests. Fraser feels pulled in multiple directions by his chief stew Heather, which leads to housekeeping falling through the cracks much to the displeasure of the primary. On the first night out two crew members hook up, which could lead to stormy waters ahead for the whole team. Captain Lee arrives but will his new crew be able to get their act together before the next charter?

Captain Lee calls an all staff meeting to address the previous night's debauchery and gives the crew an ultimatum. Brian refuses to apologize for his behavior at the night market and tells Courtney he is "fed up," causing their relationship to be in turmoil once again. Kate's patience is tested when the primary for Charter 9, Jemele Hill, a former Sports journalist for ESPN, wants the charter ran her way. Kevin and Kate butt heads during preparations for their final beach picnic, and when Kate to take matters into her own hands, she seeks out revenge on Kevin by any means necessary. Kevin takes great pride in making a penis cake for the primary's bachelorette party. Kate seizes an opportunity to strike revenge on an old foe.

Putting the final charter at risk, Kate sets Kevin up for failure by allowing him to present the primary's requested erotic cake knowing she already went to bed. Captain Lee arranges a Full Moon Party on a private beach for the crew's final night. While Courtney and Brian try to resolve their issues, Tanner makes his final attempt at wooing Kate. Kevin confronts Kate before the crew departs Valor for good.

As the season begins, an unfamiliar face welcomes the My Seanna crew aboard that shocks everyone. Chief stewardess Heather's frustrations build when she is confronted with a difficult task. First officer Eddie struggles to bring his team up to speed while also dealing with changes in the wheelhouse. Lingering tension from last year's charter season threatens the harmony of the yacht.

Tanner and Kate's flirtations become more obvious to the crew which leads Simone to lose all respect for the two when she finds out they've already kissed. Pulling up to the marina, Kate sees the first yacht she ever worked on as a stewardess, causing her to question her future in yachting. Rhylee continues to feel ostracized by the deck crew that tried to get her fired and her fuse becomes shorter and shorter. After a short-lived reconciliation, Brian and Courtney are on the outs again following a major argument at the Chillva Night Market that causes a giant rift in the crew. With arguments continuing back at Valor, Captain Lee promises there will be hell to pay in the morning.

Ashling suffers the consequences of her white lie while Izzy's promotion creates waves on deck and Rob makes his feelings abundantly clear. A condiment mishap fuels the contention between Francesca and Rachel as Elizabeth spends the charter focusing on James instead of her job.

Following a difficult charter and infighting, the crew spends two days off at a lavish villa. Chef Anthony's bitterness from last charter season boils over. Solene and Rainbeau's frustrations with each other come to a head, while Damo violates bro code.

The crew get a day off to explore Saint Lucia on board a catamaran which takes them on a deep-sea adventure to see the Pitons up close and personal. Things get steamy between Alissa and Ross at the mud baths while Katie is left out in the cold. The crew welcome a new deck/stew, and Katie pushes Ross to move into her cabin instead of the newcomer. On the crew night out, a surprise guest shows up to dinner, shocking everyone.

Heather and the crew plan an 80s themed surprise party for the primary's 75th birthday but things go south when everything doesn't go as planned. Frustrated by the deck team's mistakes, Eddie is forced to put his first officer training on the backburner to babysit his crew. Jessica's unhappiness on the boat grows as Fraser and Heather's bond develops. The crew takes an interest in setting up Wes & Jessica romantically but Jake makes a bold move of his own on another crew member, leaving everyone shocked.

As small mistakes from the deck team continue to mount, Heather feels like she is at a dead end with Jessica and decides to make a change. A breast cancer survivor arrives and has very particular tastes to the amusement of Chef Rachel. Rayna and Fraser's frustrations continue to grow as Captain Lee and Eddie's working relationship is tested.

The crew deals with the aftermath of Camille's firing with Ben and, surprisingly, Alissa struggling the most. Trouble is afoot for Hayley as the physical toll of being a stew wears her down. Timing proves to be Rachel's Achilles' heel as she races against the clock to deliver a multicourse meal. Capt. Sandy is forced to run a tight ship as she dives headfirst into boat wars.

A rowdy, randy charter guest wants to get very friendly with new deckhand, Andrew. Meanwhile, sparks fly as new crewmembers Kelley and Jennice get extra flirty in their co-ed bunk, and a rookie mistake leads the crew to believe that one of their own may be a liability.

Rhylee jeopardizes her job and relationships with the crew after a dramatic first night out. Tanner gossips about his relationship with Simone as things heat up between them. Still sidelined by his leg injury, Brian gets sent to the hospital by Captain Lee leaving his future on the line. Simone finally confronts Kate about her job duties as second stew.

Kevin spirals out in response to charter guest, and professional chef, Justine telling him to "step it up." Much to Ashton's dismay, Kate returns and interferes in the deck team's drama. Simone sets out to become a better Second Stew with or without Kate's help. Ashton is dragged into a photoshoot with the guests and flirts with a charter guest, Molly. The deck crew's frustrations with Rhylee reach an all time high, forcing Captain Lee to consider a drastic change.

Shane tries to redeem himself after getting caught sleeping on the job. Meanwhile, Ashling excels in her duties on deck as Elizabeth suffers the scrutiny of Francesca. In the galley, Rachel is excited to finally have refined guests on board, but things are not always as they seem.

Izzy must play musical bunks, leaving Francesca and Eddie to address professionalism on deck with Elizabeth and James. Meanwhile, Izzy's condition worsens, and she's put into quarantine. After a challenging charter, Captain Lee grants the crew a relaxing day off at a resort, only for them to be mortified by Rachel's erratic actions.

Rachel's antics continue to torment the crew, and Elizabeth finds herself in the doghouse. Sharing his soft and vulnerable side, Captain Lee opens up to Francesca about a personal tragedy. As Izzy's health continues to be a struggle, Eddie sends her off for medical care, but more crew members fall ill, and Francesca worries if they'll make it through the next charter.

Ashling decides to lie to the primary's son, and the crew grows fearful of COVID-19 as it ramps up back home.
