Ginger decides to play an April Fools joke on Dodie by forging a love letter to her from Dustin, (a weirdo in her class that eats his sandwiches with chopsticks). Things get messy when Dodie admits to having a secret crush on Dustin, while Dustin reveals he really HAS sent a love letter, but to Macie! Will Ginger find a way to work it out?
Meanwhile, Carl and Hoodsey tell Blake they sold his tonsils to a witch doctor, causing him to become sick.
