When Peter wonders about the lunch with Liz, Rosemary suggests that he and Liz arrange a meeting. Vicky discusses Klaus with her father, and Arthur regrets that he did not follow Helen's advice to send Vicky to Paris instead of Munich. Liz bares her soul to Arthur, while Peter confides his problems to Rosemary. Liz and Peter reach a decision regarding their engagement. Arthur reveals Liz's ambivalence to Geoffrey, who reacts very badly.
