The Fixer-Upper

Jessica learns that real estate deals in Beverly Hills can be murder when her niece Victoria is the prime suspect in the murder of a client whose exclusive contract she held was about to expire. As a result, Jessica promptly starts butting heads with the police lieutenant in charge of the investigation when she tries to get him to search for other suspects who would have a better motive than Victoria.
