Ambivalence

Kusanagi dives into the gigantic computer terminal of Poseidon Industrials and confronts Goda, a virtual personality in the cyber sphere. Goda eerily proclaims, "It's too late, you can't stop the plan by any means". Meanwhile, Section 9 is busy in Niihama preventing the last of the "warned serial suicide-bomb attacks", when they are informed that a suspicious individual is being detained in a subway station. They rush to the station and find a surprisingly unusual terrorist.
