Look Who's Barking

As she is adding to the Belthazor section of the Book of Shadows, Phoebe has a premonition about a Banshee targeting innocents who are grieving, causing her to suspect that Cole is behind it. Looking to find the Banshee before she causes any harm, the sisters cast a spell to track her down, resulting in Prue being turned into a dog. When Prue gets hit by a car while in dog form, a remorseful Phoebe gets turned into a banshee herself when she gets attacked by the evil witch. Looking to relieve Phoebe from her pain, she goes to Belthazor and urges him to help save Phoebe before it's too late for her. Piper continues trying to get a handle on her new powers.
