栏目组，蔡导说了他看到的费墨在录制节目的事情，问严守一知道不知道这件事情。严守一其实不知道，但他犹豫之后，说知道。
刘百刚被那个大导演确定为男一号，刘百刚找牛彩云告别。牛彩云问刘百刚还回不回来，刘百刚说不会回来了。牛彩云这才知道自己被甩了。
有一说一要录《朋友啊朋友》。沈雪也带着俩朋友来看节目录制。录制的过程中，费墨想到自己录讲课的事情，心潮起伏。录完节目，严守一、费墨、沈雪等人一起吃饭。费墨一直如坐针毡，想找个合适的机会把自己去录节目的事情说给严守一，但一直没有机会。
黑砖头和于文海找到了一处好房子，还不贵。两人欣喜若狂，但黑砖头怕是别人的苦肉计，决定深入调查。
严守一等人吃完饭后，严守一先送费墨回家，再送沈雪回宿舍，沈雪说自己值班，要抓外出喝酒的学生。严守一便陪沈雪抓学生。
费墨回到家，发现李燕买了很多衣服，一问才知道李燕收了大家讲给大家听的讲课费，而且一收收了十期！
深夜，严守一在沈雪的上铺睡不着。沈雪问严守一在想什么，严守一说他跟费墨之间的朋友关系出现了变量。
