黑砖头和于文海越聊越投机，约定以后有机会联手创业。
于文娟陪奶奶登上了长城。在长城上，于文娟和奶奶做了深入的交流。奶奶看到于文娟心里这么苦，就说支持两人离婚。于文娟百感交集。
费墨和奶奶、黑砖头等人吃饭，黑砖头问费墨自己是不是也可以来北京发展，费墨假意敷衍，黑砖头却信以为真。
深夜，严守一被奶奶叫醒，叫到厨房里，奶奶把于文娟喝的中药熬了一碗，逼严守一喝下去。奶奶告诉严守一，于文娟的心比这中药还苦。
在回严家庄之前，黑砖头找严守一商量，说自己想在北京谋个差事，被严守一一口回绝了。
严守一和于文娟悄悄办了离婚手续。于文娟告诉严守一，嫁他是因为爱他，离开他也是因为爱他。于文娟决定回常州住一段时间，于文海送于文娟回去。严守一趁于文娟不注意的时候，给了于文海一张卡和密码，让于文海回常州后给于文娟。
回到常州后，于文海偷偷去查卡上的钱，惊讶地发现上面竟然有五十万。于文海非常激动，决定用这钱回北京创业。
黑砖头说动奶奶，允许他到北京。严守一阻止不了，黑砖头到了北京。
